Therapy Services

Therapy services are tailored to support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, relationship stress, substance use concerns, emotional overwhelm, family conflict, and major life transitions.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a supportive space to better understand yourself, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Sessions may focus on anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, substance use concerns, trauma, relationship stress, or major life changes.

Together, we will work on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating healthier ways of responding to the challenges in your life.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy can help partners improve communication, understand recurring conflict, rebuild trust, and feel more connected. Sessions provide a space to slow down the patterns that keep leading to the same arguments and begin practicing new ways of listening, responding, and relating to one another.

Couples may seek support for communication issues, emotional distance, conflict, trust concerns, validation, parenting stress, or life transitions.

Family Therapy & Addiction Recovery Support

Family therapy and addiction recovery support can help families navigate the impact of substance use, conflict, boundaries, communication struggles and recovery-related  stress. Addiction often affects more than one person and healing may involve helping loved ones better understand one another while building healthier patterns of support.

Sessions may focus on building trust, improving communication, setting boundaries, reducing blame, and creating a more supportive environment for recovery and emotional healing.

How do I schedule a consultation?

You can reach out through the contact form, email, or scheduling link. I will follow up with next steps and help determine whether my services may be a good fit for what you are looking for.

What if I'm not sure what type of therapy I need?
That is completely okay. Many people are not sure where to start. During an initial consultation, we can talk about what has been going on and decide together whether individual, couples, family, or addiction recovery support would be the best fit.

What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is focused on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, reviewing relevant history, and identifying your goals. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting.

How long does therapy take?
The length of therapy depends on your goals, needs and circumstances. Some clients seek short-term support for a specific issue, while others benefit from longer-term therapy focused on deeper patterns, relationships, or ongoing life stressors.

Do you work with substance use and addiction concerns?
Yes. As a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), I provide support for individuals and families impacted by substance use, addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, boundaries, and related emotional stress.

Do you provide emergency or crisis services?
No. Peaceful Skies Therapy Services does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
