I am a licensed Substance Abuse Counselor and Social Worker. My clients can expect empathy, compassion, and honesty throughout our entire therapeutic relationship. By providing effective tools to get through distressing or challenging times, I can help my clients find the motivation to live their healthiest lives.
I work with adults who struggle with conditions, such as substance abuse disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues/codependency, trauma-related issues, OCD and, ADHD. I can help improve coping skills, gain insight about emotional and relationship struggles, and build self-compassion and confidence to ensure a brighter future.
